    Description

    1930s real photo postcard showing "A MAORI WARRIOR, N.Z." as printed along bottom of card.  The man has tā moko face tattooing, huia feathers in his hair, an ornate cloak, and holds a carved wooden wahaika war club.  "MAORILAND POST CARD" printed on back.
    There are three 1/2" tears
    at 9, 12, and 3 o'clock as well as some creasing.  Unmailed.  A striking portrait!
